We highly recommend Smith Roofing. Matt was very helpful when giving us an estimate. He went over things thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Our roof was completed in one day due to the number of workers. This was for a two unit condo. The cleanup was impeccable. We never found a loose shingle or nail anywhere. We are very happy that we chose Smith Roofing.

From sitting down to talk about our options, to project completion, everything was great! They did great work and didn’t leave a trace (except a beautiful new roof 🙂

We had a great experience with Smith for a full gutter replacement for our house. They completed the work on a fairly large ranch home in 1 day. The gutters and downspouts look great. But even more importantly, our gutters work correctly and we no longer have water overflowing the gutters.

Matt showed flexbility in giving us the shingle style and color that we really wanted and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It looks amazing!! He was reasonable and communicated well. AWESOME! Highly recommend. I needed gutters replaced at my home in Walworth. Nickolas was great to work with. Explained exactly the work would be done. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. The crew was awesone, too. They changed the position of the downspout. No questions asked.

Incredible Service and Genuine Care!

I can’t say enough good things about Smith Roofing and Exteriors. I had a roof leak and was in a bit of a panic. They came out right away, no hesitation, and not only checked everything thoroughly—but they also put a tarp on the roof completely free of charge to prevent any further damage. That kind of care and generosity is hard to come by these days.

The guy who came out was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He gave me a detailed quote on the spot, explained everything clearly, and just had an overall awesome attitude. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s honest, responsive, and goes the extra mile, Smith Roofing and Exteriors is the one to call. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. 10/10 experience.

Matt and the team did a great job!

There was a lot of hail damage in our area but Smith fit our leaky roof in. They did a great job and quickly before a rainstorm began. His trim and gutter guys did very good work as well. They were all polite and thorough with the cleanup. We definitely recommend Smith.

I found everyone at Smith roofing to be very professional. Nick was very responsive to my questions and any concerns that I had. They found a bath vent that wasn't properly vented and some fascia they felt needed replacing and just took care of it. The workers worked hard and you can tell that everyone was experienced and knew what they were doing. Great experience and highly recommend Smith roofing.
